[SATLUG] Card reader Toshiba Laptop problem fixed

It seems that Linux apparently has problems with 
the XD card format.

Linux kernels 2.6.17 through 2.6.20.0 (I tested) 
work and have no problem with my xD cards in my 
Fuji DPC-R1 usb card reader.  

However, kernels 2.6.21.1 and 2.6.21.3 do NOT like 
my DPC-R1 card reader and it does not read the cards.

Instead of an all inclusive Linux problem, yours 
was more of a driver issue for your TI card reader,
or a particular kernel.

The xD card format has been around for years.
