Hey, keep life interesting.  Go for the Trial By Fire :-)

Looks to me, if they were interviewing you out of desperation, then 
they've probably already made up their mind.  How closely you meet their 
expectations (at this time) will determine what you can ask for/demand 
as far as raise, and benefits. 

Already got 'full' medical and dental?  How about 1 more week of paid 
vacation?

Just some starter thoughts.
