[SATLUG] SATLUG wiki

The SATLUG Wiki has been spammed a lot.  To improve this situation, I
have changed the permissions on the wiki so that only registered users
can edit pages.

I've also prevented registering of new users.

But wait, you say.  If you're not registered and can't register, how can
a SATLUG member make edits.  There are two ways:

1.  Send me an email and I'll create a login for you.  Jim Wells and Don
Wright can create accounts also.

2.  Use a common login:  name - SATLUG; p - linux

Even though this a public forum, I'm reasonably confident that spammers
don't read the list, so I think sending the above over the list won't be
a problem.  In any case, we'll watch it.
