Mailman and various official Python projects are switching to Bazaar, 
which is much more flexible.  It is sponsored by Canonical Limited, 
the founders of Ubuntu and Launchpad.  Barry Warsaw (Release Engineer 
for Mailman and a core member of the Python project) is also now 
employed by Launchpad.
