[SATLUG] AT&T $10.00 DSL Ordering - Easiest Way

Are there any old TelCo guys/dolls out there who know what a subscriber 
line meant back in the seventies?
Sorry - folks the the phone company lines, poles were paid for by the 
customer during the bad olds of regulated utilities.  even now, there 
some who feel we, the customer still own them.
