We use Dokuwiki at work as well, for our group documentation and
(some) systems/change management. The templating feature allows us to
quickly create checklists for tasks that need to be done on multiple
systems.

We usually create a page with a detailed description of the changes
that need to be made at the top (down to the actual commands ready for
cut-n-paste, if possible) and the bottom has a table setup as a
checklist so we can check off with our initials who performs what
change on which system. We divide up the table and perform the
changes, adding notes to the table if any errors or problems creep up
on a particular system.

Our Windows server team liked what we were doing so much they had us
install an instance of dokuwiki for them as well! ;-)
