[SATLUG] AM2 heatsink ?

I dunno on this but should check to see if thermal grease is required my 
first P-IV AMD I didn't know about it bought Processor and fan separate 
and it fried half way through first boot up, $80 out ... the 1.1gig 
replacement is still running fine well greased, lol.
