[SATLUG] OT: Help with School paper

I'm in need of some help with a paper for one of my information systems 
class. We are exploring different business process in doing so we need 
to write a project case study on a business process. What I need is if 
anybody in the last year or so has bought a computer or other high 
dollar item from the local CompUSA could you email me off list. I would 
like to ask a couple of questions concerning the process you had to go 
through with your purchase.
