your motherboard has a manufacturer, and a model name/number with this 
information, it's a trivial task to accurately look up the cpu socket 
type & memory type, and find a suitable replacement via newegg (which 
lets you search by "socket type")

with the info you have given, it's pretty much just guessing games.
