Well it didn't work right, at least for me.  The rules stopped outgoing
mail, at least to gmail (either 64.x.x.x or 216.x.x.x).  Perhaps
blocking 127.x.x.x was the problem.

Did anyone (everyone?) else get the parent to this message delayed until
a few minutes ago?  (about 21 Mar 1230)
