[SATLUG] wireless question

I've come so far and now I'm not finding much help on the web.
I have compiled the rt73.ko module , installed it and it is blinking and 
shows the following with ifconfig and iwconfig

Can you see anything obvious wrong or missing, or am I in over my 
technical ability..... :-(

I know the usb wireless works as it does connect etc with my Mac ibook 
G3, and in windows.
