[SATLUG] does anyone know anything about SATAI? SalsaNet?

Hi,

Many moons ago when I worked with Road Runner, SalsaNet was kind of a  
"who's who" of SA's IT community thinkers and SATAI didn't exist.

I figure that the only way that I'm going to get out of this doldrum  
that I'm in at my employment is to network and make a name for myself  
outside of these four walls and my friends.

Does anyone have any dealings with these groups? Feel free to email me  
offlist and let me know if I'm barking up the right tree.
