[SATLUG] Need help with... windows...

I know this is a LUG, however, I'm having an issue with a clients windows 
pc and i cant pinpoint it.

Basically the issue is no sound when usig any type of browser on any 
service. ie: using ie, firefox, opera, etc. on sites like youtube, ytmnd, 
etc wont allow you to hear the audio. you can see the videos, but you cant 
haer ANY audio.

Now here's where it gets strange... WMplayer works fine. itunes, fine.

Everything else works fine with sound, but no damn sound in the browser. 
I've tried EVERYTHING. Reinstalled audio drivers, etc.

Anyone have any type of idea what may be the problem and what might be the 
fix?
