[SATLUG] Need help with... windows...

The card is capable of 5.1 but its running a normal 2 speaker set, which 
is the selected option in every portion of that pc. The guy said he turned 
it on today and there was no sound or internet. Internet was just a pc of 
the modem, but the sound, i got working everywhere else but that damn 
browser.
