[SATLUG] Grande Communications Down

A certain discount hosting provider in San Antonio had an outage early
Sunday morning due to maintenance by TelWest, whose upstream provider
is Grande.  Apparently the were doing some maintenance to move some
connections from aerial to underground.  Wonder if it is somehow
related.
