Not any more than I had posted then, no.

Yup.  0.91 is the current version, dated 2007-09-06.  There is a 
0.92rc1 release candidate, for the official 0.92 release scheduled 
for sometime in early November 2007.

I don't think so.  In my experience, so long as you have the 
necessary $BZR environment variable set correctly, it "just works". 
But then, I'm not a heavy user.

Perhaps you should ask the Ubuntu people, since they use it for 
managing their project.  Of course, Canonical is also developing 
Bazaar, so it makes sense that they'd eat their own dogfood when 
managing Ubuntu.
