[SATLUG] Anyone experience DSL outage?

You are lucky. Last time when there was an outage in my friend's office, it
took four business days and 2 day weekend to fix the outage since they had
to do work in their main office. In Austin, one of my friends had such a bad
service from cable co, they discontinued the service.
