[SATLUG] Anyone experience DSL outage?

You probably receive better and more reliable service in the San
Antonio area than I did here. I don't live in the San Antonio area, I
live in Laredo, unfortunately, but AT&T routes DSL customers here
through an edge router in San Antonio.

Time Warner Cable is generally unreliable in this area and can take
days to respond to an issue. They say on-time service is guaranteed
but to them "on-time" seems to mean "within a week."
