[SATLUG] Add unprivileged user to WRT-54G running dd-wrt?

There is an area in the system setup that lets you add startup scripts
that get saved between reboots. You could add the commands to create
the user and set the password here and it will be saved permanently.
I don't have access to a dd-wrt router here, but I know it's in there
(had to use it to fix VPN for Macs).
