On my system at work which has a AIW 9600, I get the same thing. Most of
the time, it's only on one display, but occasionally, I get it on both.
It is annoying, but I've gotten to where I don't really notice it much
these days. You could spend $40 on a cheap Nvidia replacement provided
you have an AGP or PCIe slot available.
