Use ntop, it's great for this sort of thing. You can even find live
CDs that have it included. You'll need a network tap or switch that
has a listening port on it. If anyone's downloading
audio/video/bittorrent or whatever you'll see it immediately.
Then you can put the QoS hurt on :P
