[SATLUG] Core 2 Quad for how much?!

well that bites.. but it sure does run well in some
apps vs a core 2 duo.  Maybe I should just stick to
the core 2 duo for now.  Does Linux support the quad
processor and can utilize it properly?  Or is it
individual software that has to be written to take
advantage of it?
