[SATLUG] kismet not running

am trying to run kismet on my laptop.. but its not working properly.. its telling me somehting about the drive.rs. can anynone help me out here.. where can i? get the new drivers for instance.? i am runnning open suse 10.2, wireless card Intel prowireless 3945
