[SATLUG] Load balancing solution for NFS shares

I have two NFS shares that I'd like to set up with some form of
high-availability/failover system.  Currently I have a primary, and a
backup.  The primary syncs itself to the backup once a night via an
rsync script.  This takes around 3 hours.

Anyone know of a way to write to both directories simultaneously,
something akin to doing RAID1 over TCP/IP?
