[SATLUG] Load balancing solution for NFS shares -- FIXED

I believe I have fixed the problem.  Not sure why I had to do this to
get it working but I found that the /etc/init.d/heartbeat script was
not looking for my init scripts in /etc/init.d.  When I created a
symlink from /etc/init.d/httpd to /etc/init.d/resources.d/httpd it
started apache up fine.  Go figure.  Anyway I just thought I'd post
that here to save someone else the trouble.
