Well, the simplest form of a shared calendar I've seen
is using Webdav. You can configure Thunderbird +
Lightning or Sunbird can publish & retrieve calendar
files out of an HTTP(S) server, most likely Outlook
could be configured too, but when it comes to M$
products I'm a layman.
