[SATLUG] OT: CB Radio

Truckers still use them as the primary means of communication with other
drivers. When you make your living behind the wheel, it helps to know where
the cops and traffic jams are. I don't have one installed in my Civic at the
moment, but I may put one in sometime soon. I miss the chatter while I'm
driving...and sometimes the radar detector isn't enough.
