I use my phone as a phone. After using Blackberries and Treos back to
when the Treo was a flip phone and the Blackberry had a half height
screen, being on call for emails 24x7 got to be more trouble than it's
worth.
I use my Palm Pilot to play MP3s, can ssh over WiFi, and don't have to
read email on it. So I use a PDA for a PDA and a phone for a phone. As
much as I like PalmOS, I will probably buy a Linux driven Palm when they
come out next year.
