The Netgear WG311T currently mounted in my son's openSUSE 10.2 laptop
came up first time every time. We had to fiddle with it a tad to use
WPA(Personal) with TKIP, but once it was set up, it works fine. We've
also had good luck with Belkin PCI wifi NICs.
