I think I'm going to have to master my own, because I haven't found
any that start sshd by default.  Each requires a switch to be typed in
at boot time.  I'm using this in a data center where it can sometimes
be a pain to drag out a crash cart, esp if you want to boot up several
boxes at the same time.
