[SATLUG] Deleting User 'mail'

The user mail is a system user with a user id of 8.  Any users with a
user id below 100 are system users.
Even though most of the mail files are now owned by root, it should not
be messed with.  Besides, the password is supposed to be locked for the
user mail.
