[SATLUG] Upgrade time, with questions!

If you do not have 4GB of RAM (or more) or special applications that are
written to take advantage of 64 bit processing, then there is no reason for
running 64 bit.  Not that running 64 bit is any harder or less functional,
but you will run into more *potential* issues with 64 bit than with 32 bit.
