[SATLUG] Man arrested for copying CD's

There are several alternatives (nvu/kompozer come to mind) that are great
WYSIWYG editors like coffee cup/frontpage.  Round them out with GIMP for
rasterized graphics and Inkscape for vector graphics and you have a full web
suite similar to macromedia studio.  If you have any questions about these,
I would be glad to help you out.
