[SATLUG] Firefox 3.0.1 issue

I can't answer the pointy clicky gui thingy question, but one way to
stop firefox is from the shell prompt:

$ ps -ef | grep firefox

This works on all Linux, openSolaris, and BSD boxen.

Find the Parent Process ID and kill it.  The process will stop.
