[SATLUG] OT(?sorta) Linksys WCG200 - DHCP wrong (or bad) address with routing and NAT turned on

Well part of the experimenting was doing the reset to factory defaults
from the user interface AND the hardware reset with a paper clip.

the only thing that has worked is statically setting the IP address.
