I do not know if anyone on here fits this description or has a friend who
does but if they do contact me privately.  Pay is based on experience but
should start around $85 to $90K.  A National Agency Check (NAC) is highly
preferred, but not required.  You must be able to pass a background check.

*General Summary of Position/Project:*
Software Engineer III. Design, develop, and maintain web and database
applications; ability to write advanced stored procedure and SQL query;
ability to design and develop enterprise level applications; ability to
maintain applications and database servers to ensure stable environments for
web and database applications.

SW Eng III who performs the following: Analyze and study complex system
design and development requirements. Manage software development and support
using formal specifications, functional requirement documentation, data flow
diagrams, other accepted design techniques, and Computer Aided Software
Engineering (CASE) tools. Interpret software requirements and design
specifications to code, and integrate and test software. Uses Java, XML
Publisher, Java 2 EE, Oracle Framework, Oracle Workflow, and other Oracle
software tools to support the development of code for the National Security
Personnel System and the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System

As a member of the Team will focus on design and development work that
covers the entire spectrum of Human Resource life cycle management. Primary
focus of this job is to develop applications for HR processing using modern
development tools including Java (EJB, Servlets, and JSP), PL SQL databases,
XML Publisher, web development including HTML, scripting, and Oracle Web
ADI. Design, code, test, debug, and document various web-based applications
that support HR processing including employee self service applications.

Interact with a variety of personnel to include HR functional specialists
and developers. 1500 hours programmed for this effort. This work is expected
to continue for government fiscal year 2008 and 2009 (start April 1, 2008
through December 31, 2009)

*Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or
equivalent experience/combined education, with 8 years of professional
experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters
2 years of experience can substitute for 1 year of college and 8 years can
substitute for a degree. Considered career, or journey, level.

*Varies depending upon education from 2-10 years.  See education
2-3 years experience with DOD HR systems with a complete understanding of
the DoD appraisal process is necessary
Highly desirable to have Oracle Federal Human Resource or Civilian Payroll
