[SATLUG] Strange issue

Have you tried to reformat the drive? After formatting, mount the drive
and make sure it has the expected capacity using 'df'. You may want to
put a partition table on to the drive and then format. Tell us what
'df' reports. You may also want to copy a bunch of smaller files onto the
drive and see if the problem is reproducible. Could it be that one of the
files exceeds the 2GB storage? (that would have to be one very long song!)
