[SATLUG] ISP Recommendations

I have never had a prob with their  e-mail (unless the bill was late)
and I personally appreciate their aggressive spam filtering.  that said
their webmail interface leaves a lot to be desired.  Only thing worse
was UTSA's old email system (not that the new on is that much better).
