[SATLUG] accessing satlug.org from GVTC's network.

The problem is if I try and ping satlug.org or it's ip address I get a time out.  I am sure it is a GVTC problem, but have no way to prove it.

You can't use traceroute to test all the way through the Rackspace edge 
devices.  We don't ICMP reply on our edges.. so it just times out.. Although 
you can ping through.
