They do only have like 25k internet subs (maybe a bit more, but not much as
they only have 50k total subs). They have more IPs than that block.. Their
BGP ASN is 16527, so you can check it out on arin.net's whois.  i think the
other block is 208.117.0.0/18, 208.117.64.0/19 (they dropped the ball when I
left and messed up getting the remaining /19 to make a full /17), and
216.177.160.0/19.  They might have a few others, but i couldnt imagine them
pulling off the justification for getting them at this point.
