[SATLUG] Need a +1/-1 vote on monthly meetings at Rackspace

wow, this looks pretty bad for SAC so far. My reason for voting to stay
at SAC is because I think its more likely that SAC students who
otherwise wouldn't, will be exposed to SATLUG if the meetings are there.
Or they'll at least have more of an opportunity to.
