[SATLUG] access to FreeNode (or IRC in general) from GVTC's network

I was able to connect to anthony.freenode.net port 6667, via GVTC. Tried
connecting to other servers included in KVIrc but none seemed to work, not
sure if they're inactive or if there is an issue. A few were "DNS lookup
failed" most resolved to an IP and were "[SOCKET ERROR]: Connection timed
