As far as actual sites go, while you are learning you might want to look at
Python Anywhere (https://www.pythonanywhere.com/) which is a bit like JS
fiddle (http://jsfiddle.net/) but geared toward python. The important thing
is that you can share your console with someone else and do pair
programming which can make learning a new language tons easier.

You'll also want to get yourself familiar with the python ecosystem like
frameworks, packaging, testing etc. A great starting place is The
Hitchhiker’s Guide to Python! (
http://docs.python-guide.org/en/latest/index.html).

other Python things to look at:

   - virtualenv http://www.virtualenv.org/en/latest/index.html (helps
   manage dependencies)
   - pip http://www.pip-installer.org/en/latest/index.html (tool for
   installing python packages)
   - flask http://flask.pocoo.org/ (small web framework for python webapps)
   - requests http://docs.python-requests.org/en/latest/index.html (http
   for python made easy)
   - Ipython http://ipython.org/ (alternative python shell, very powerful)
   - Spyder http://code.google.com/p/spyderlib/ (my personal fav python IDE)
