[SATLUG] Win 7 Disk Defrag

Sounds like Win7 Disk defrag cleans/scrubbs things one bit at a time.
So, under the old non-8 bit clean stuff, sounds like only 6-7 bits were
being cleaned.
Under  the new, only sounds like things are still non-8 bit clean with 5
(5*7=35) to 7 (7 * 7 = 49)
Guess the progress was adding a parity bit to the 7*7 + 1 = 50 pass.
Then again, could be the result of an incomplete feature and/or upgrade;
which would be consistent with prior windows versions.

Being a linux list, gotta, humorously, suggest using dd.  It'll work faster
and get things cleaner along with
freeing up network bandwith from being used for unwanted/non-user requested
upgrades.
